HELISKIING SAFETY ADVICE
Heliskiing is an outdoor activity in an alpine environment, which requires participants to be in good psychological and physical condition.
All runs are lead by a mountain guide or ski instructor (depending on the terrain).
Skiers/Snowboarders who want to participate in heliskiing must be in good health and must be well prepared with adequate clothing/equipment. We require a minimum ski/riding level of "good Skier” – participants should be comfortable skiing/riding on "Red piste” terrain.
The airbag backpack, the ARTVA, shovel and probe are obbligatory, as well as a harness if you go on the glacier.
Remember: water, energy/chocolate bars, sunscreen, 2 pairs of gloves, sunglasses and all required mountain equipment.
